Message templates
When adding leads with "Use my template library", each send picks one of these at random — so the same wording doesn't go out to every lead.

Add a lead / start a follow-up sequence
The first message goes out at whatever time you pick here. After that, automated follow-ups only fire between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, once a day, for up to 5 attempts, at a randomized time each day.
Bulk import clients (Excel / CSV)
File must have columns "client name" and "phone number". Every imported client is enrolled in the same follow-up sequence automatically.

Send a one-off message
This isn't restricted to 9 AM – 9 PM IST — it's a deliberate manual action — but still goes through the same paced, rate-limited queue. Shows up under Leads (Type: One-off) with its own sent/failed/replied status.
Bulk one-off send (Excel / CSV)
Same file format as bulk import — columns "client name" and "phone number". Sent once each, immediately queued — no lead or follow-up sequence is created.

Grouped by contact — click View to see the full thread. Switch tabs to see what came in vs. what went out.

Export data
Download each section as Excel or CSV. Exports cover every WhatsApp number this account has ever used, not just the one currently connected — the "Sender Number" column tells rows apart.
Date range applies to each section's own date column (created/deleted/sent) — leave blank to export everything.
Leads
Name, contact, status, follow-up attempts, activity, queued messages, last message, next follow-up, sender number.
Recycle bin
Deleted leads currently pending permanent removal, with deleted/auto-remove dates.
Team overview (admin only)
Snapshot of every teammate's activity — connection state, message volume, and lead outcomes. Date range applies to activity counts (sent, replies, imported, recycled); status counts (active, lost, failed) are always current.
